Monica Malhotra has spent twenty-six years being brought into rooms to see what everyone else in them had stopped being able to see.
Aviation, luxury, art, diplomacy, the legacy of a maestro of many arts. Five languages. A path that never ran straight, because the ground kept moving, and she kept reading it. The industries changed. The work did not. Most people who met a founder were reading them through a different lens: investors for certainty, journalists for narrative, marketers for positioning. Few were helping the founder see themselves clearly. She learned to hold all of those lenses at once, while keeping sight of the one that mattered most: the distance between reality and reputation.
MONAd Intelligence began when that way of seeing stopped serving individual clients and became a discipline in its own right. Today it combines Human Intelligence, Open-Source Intelligence, and Strategic Synthesis to create the files and interpretations that help founders, leaders, and institutions understand what is shaping them before it becomes obvious to everyone else.
