I've spent twenty-six years being brought into rooms to help people see what they could no longer see about themselves.
Aviation, luxury, art, diplomacy, the legacy of a master artist, five languages. The industries kept changing around me. What I was actually doing did not: reading the gap between how someone or something was perceived and what was actually true.
Born and brought up in an Army environment, I developed an early understanding of discipline, hierarchy, observation, duty and the human dynamics within systems. That early conditioning continues to inform how I read people, institutions, behaviour and power, and how I approach identity and perception today.
Most people who study a founder are reading them for their own purpose: investors for certainty, journalists for narrative, marketers for positioning. Few are helping the founder see themselves clearly. I learned to hold all of those lenses at once, without losing sight of the one that actually matters: the distance between reality and reputation.
MONAd Intelligence began when that way of seeing stopped serving individual clients one at a time and became a discipline in its own right. Today it combines Human Intelligence, Open-Source Intelligence and Strategic Synthesis to produce the files and interpretations that help founders, leaders and institutions understand what is shaping them before it becomes obvious to everyone else.
